Once we’ve decided that a prospective employee has the right experience and attitude, Ovation Home Care management performs thorough background screenings. Before they begin their first shift, they undergo at least six hours of custom training, including competency training from a registered nurse and additional training by Terri Pope, OTR, our Client Experience Manager.

Our caregivers are monitored by an RN on-staff to direct and oversee the custom care plan, as well as offer any support to the caregiver and/or family members.

Some of our clients have Long Term Care insurance policies which pay for the home health aide services Ovation Home Care provides.
